As a special offering, we are announcing a rapid migration service for customers wanting to upgrade their existing ITIM systems from version 4.5, 4.6 and 5.0 to version 5.1
The main goal of this offering is to provide your organization with a system that can utilize all the new benefits of ITIM 5.1 with minimal effort while maintaining all the integrity of existing data and keeping the familiar workflows. When upgrading from 5.0, the user-interface also remains the same with nearly zero-impact on the end-user experience.
Many Organizations tend to over-complicate the upgrade process by linking the upgrade to data cleanup tasks or other improvements to the system. The end result is that many of the tasks are done on the previous version and do not utilize the benefits of the new version. Performing the upgrade first may cut down on the efforts required to cleanup, stabilize or increase performance.
This offering relies on Corvir’s tested methodologies and custom developed tools specific for this mission. Using our pre-developed tools and methodologies, we are able to significantly cut back on the time and cost of the upgrade while increasing the reliability of the migration process.
The basic offering is for a 5 week migration plan from previous versions of ITIM to the new 5.1 version. While additional tasks can be added to the recommended scope, We strongly encourage customers to fully migrate the system to the new version before moving forward with additional enhancements to the system.
